Attorney Tammy LeFoll has been certified as a life member of both the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the Multimillion Dollar Advocates Forum. The Million Dollar Advocates Forum is recognized as one of the most prestigious groups of trial lawyers in the United States.  Membership is limited to attorneys who have won million and multi-million dollar verdicts, awards and settlements. The organization was founded in 1993 and there are approximately 4000 members located throughout the country. Fewer than 1% of U.S. lawyers are members.  Forum membership acknowledges excellence in advocacy, and provides members with a national network of experienced colleagues for professional referral and information exchange in major cases. Attorney Tammy LeFoll has been approved for membership in both of these forums for her representation of several clients who have received awards in excess of a million dollars. In 2012, Attorney Tammy LeFoll won a 2.4 million dollar verdict in an auto accident case. This verdict was one of the highest verdicts in Middletown Superior Court and was the 12th highest verdict in the State of Connecticut in 2012.

Attorney Tammy LeFoll has probated estates from the multimillion dollar estates to simple estates with one or two minimal assets.  Every estate is unique and comes with its individual challenges whether it contains stocks or assets that are difficult to liquidate or real property that is difficult to sell.  Attorney LeFoll utilizes her skills and knowledge in real estate law, commercial law, and her background in psychology not only to effectively and compassionately handle the complex legal issues that may arise but also to help with the emotional issues that the grieving family is facing.
